COVID-19 Returns
Our policy allows 14 days on a standard returns basis. If you are sending deliveries back VIA postal services please contact us at info@lucylousboutique.com.
Lucy Lou's Boutique will happily give you an Exchange or Refund if your purchase is returned within the return window given. SALE or DISCOUNTED items are exchange only any items under £10 are NON Returnable. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We do not accept any returns that show evidence of damage, harsh chemical, make up or perfume marks on them.
Any items that do not have the ORIGINAL labels attached will be NON RETURNABLE.
This Is important for hygiene purposes.
It must also be in the original packaging. Lucy Lou's Boutique to not cover return shipping costs and any shipping costs previously paid will not be reimbursed.
