Voucher Options
We are pleased to offer two types of vouchers for your convenience

In-store Vouchers (Physical Cards) which will be delivered to you by post or click & collect to one of our stores. Please note if you would like to send the voucher directly to the person you are purchasing for please make sure to put there delivery address and please contact our customer service so we can write you 'to' & 'from' to personalise your voucher. This type of voucher is perfect for gifting when you would like something pretty to present. Please allow time for delivery by post, see delivery option on our page.

Important Ordering Information:
If you require separate vouchers, please update the quantity at checkout.
Example: ordering two £50 vouchers = you will receive two separate vouchers.
If you would like one single voucher (e.g., a £100 voucher), simply select the £100 option.

An online e-voucher is a simple and easy way to send someone a voucher for a special occasion. You can choose whether to send the voucher to your own email or directly to the person you are purchasing it for.
If you are buying the voucher for a specific date or celebration, you can select the day you would like the email to be delivered to the recipient. Alternatively, if you would like to receive the email yourself and print the e-voucher, you can choose to have it sent directly to your email.
The voucher will be sent to you via Lucy Lou’s Boutique and will include your unique code (for example: HQ2Y59). This code must be entered at checkout to deduct the voucher amount from your total basket spend.
