General Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return items for a refund

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after we receive the return

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused

Be in original packaging
-
Be in the same condition as received

Have all original labels attached
Returns will not be accepted if items show:

Makeup marks
-
Perfume scent
-
Chemical marks
-
Signs of wear
For hygiene reasons, items without tags cannot be returned.
Items priced under £10 are non-returnable.

Items purchased in store are eligible for:

Returning Online Orders In-Store
Online orders can be returned in store.
Please bring:

Your receipt
Please check store opening hours before visiting.
You may exchange online orders in store, however once exchanged the item becomes subject to in-store return policy.

DPD Next Day Delivery (UK)

Order before 3PM (Mon–Fri) for next working day dispatch

No weekend deliveries

Orders placed after 3PM will be processed the next working day

Tracking information will be sent via email

For same-day collection, please call the store (subject to availability).
