Delivery & Returns Policy

Please read our full returns policy before placing your order.

 

 

How To Return Your Order

Please include:

Your returns form (included in your parcel) 
 

Including - 

  1. Your Name 

  2. Order Number 

  3. Reason for Return 
     

Or if not available a printed copy of your order confirmation with your name and order number

Please note that customers are responsible for the return of shipping costs. 

 

General Returns

  • You have 14 days from receiving your order to return items for a refund

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after we receive the return

  • Clearpay refunds may take longer – please contact Clearpay for updates

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original packaging

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Have all original labels attached

Returns will not be accepted if items show:

  • Makeup marks

  • Perfume scent

  • Chemical marks

  • Signs of wear

For hygiene reasons, items without tags cannot be returned.

Items priced under £10 are non-returnable.

In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in store are eligible for:

  • Exchange

  • Credit note only

(This does not affect your statutory rights.)

Returning Online Orders In-Store

Online orders can be returned in store.

Please bring:

  • Your order confirmation, or

  • Your receipt

Please check store opening hours before visiting.

You may exchange online orders in store, however once exchanged the item becomes subject to in-store return policy.

DPD Next Day Delivery (UK)

  • Order before 3PM (Mon–Fri) for next working day dispatch

  • No weekend deliveries

  • Orders placed after 3PM will be processed the next working day

  • Tracking information will be sent via email

Please note: Delays caused by weather or courier issues are outside of our control.
 

Standard UK Delivery – Royal Mail

  • Tracked service

  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days

During busy periods or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. high demand) delivery may take slightly longer. Please allow extra time before contacting us.
 

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available from:

  • Churchtown Store

  • Penwortham Store

Once you receive your collection confirmation email, you can collect your order free of charge.

For same-day collection, please call the store (subject to availability).
 

Order Processing

  • Orders require up to 1 working day to be packed before dispatch

  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email

  • We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible

Gift Cards, Credit Notes & Discount Codes

  • Gift cards and store credit notes cannot be used with promotional codes

  • Discount codes apply only when paying with:

    • Card

    • PayPal

    • Clearpay

    • Apple Pay

    • Google Pay
