Delivery Information

UK Next Day Delivery – DPD Tracked

Tracked 24 hour Royal Mail
Order by 3PM (Mon–Fri). No weekend deliveries.
Orders placed after 3PM will be processed the next working day.

Click & Collect
Available from Churchtown or Penwortham.
Once you receive your collection confirmation email, you may collect your order free of charge.
For same-day collection, please call the store (subject to availability).

Processing & Dispatch
Please allow one working day for your order to be packed before delivery begins.
You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation via email.
We aim to dispatch as quickly as possible—often sooner than stated.

Standard UK Delivery (Royal Mail)
Estimated 3–5 working days.
Please note: During periods of high demand (e.g., COVID-19), delivery times may be extended. Allow extra days before contacting us.

DPD Next Day Delivery
Tracking provided via email. Any delays caused by weather or external factors are outside our control.

Gift Cards, Credit Notes & Coupons

Store credit notes and gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with promotional or coupon codes.

Returns Policy

Christmas Returns

Must be returned no later than 16th January
Christmas jumpers are non-returnable

General Returns
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it for a refund.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days of receipt.
Clearpay refunds may take longer—please contact Clearpay directly for inquiries.

Return Requirements

Items under £10 are non-returnable
Must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received
No makeup, perfume, chemical marks, or signs of wear
All original labels must be attached (non-compliance will void return for hygiene reasons)

Return Shipping
Lucy Lou’s Boutique does not cover return shipping costs.
Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

In-Store Purchases
Returns are exchange or credit note only (statutory rights not affected).

In-Store Drop-Off for Online Returns
You may return online orders in-store. Bring your order confirmation or receipt and ensure you check store opening hours before visiting.

You may exchange your online order in store however this will become a store policy item once returned.

Before Returning
Include your returns form (inside your parcel) or print your order confirmation with name and order number.
