My purchase was absolutely lovely like all my other purchases from here, my only concern was that I paid extra for next day delivery, which I didn’t get, when I contacted LL they said it wasn’t their problem it was the delivery firm, which may be true but I was shocked at how I was dismissed without any offer of compensation or anything, I love this shop so was disappointed as I paid extra as it was for a particular day, lovely clothes and good price but shame about customer service
